Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on LankaRentals for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall not allow you to:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings must:

LankaRentals may charge fees for premium services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LankaRentals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LankaRentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification.
